There are those who do not realizethat one day we all must die.But those who do realize thissettle their quarrels.- Budha
Just curious...what made you put that quote up...out of the blue ?
oh DS,U read minds from saath samandar paar, interesting :DYeah, I had quarreled with a good friend sometimes back(a year back) over a trivial issue, but hadnt compromised with him for all these days. Last weekend, I went to his home, we agreed to disagree about that trivial issue and move on in life. Life seemed so beautiful last weekend, and on Monday i read this quote. This says it all...right!!
LOL srik, good to know tha things went well. It was quite obvious, but I was juts a little curious ;)
So, I mean I've gained Budha's knowledge :))))))
Naaradare, neevu bereyavarige ashTe jagaLa tandu iDteera ankoMdidde, I was quite surprised(pleasantly??) to hear this. I was not able to digest it though. I never know what is your other face right ? Lets wait for Mrs. Narada shikaaMaNi.
Veena, where there is love, there is quarrel alwa?If a group of people watch some thing, they all percept the same in different manners...howmuch ever the 'wavelength' matches, two individuals are not same. U stand at this risk of difference of opinion when u stand a relation for a longer time. Some say, "JagaLane aDilla andre avaru friendse alla" :)But we should not drag any little thing too far, is what i feel.
And Budha also realizes and agrees with me :D:D:D:D ;)
true thought ... settling is possible only when both sides they realise that they are going to die one day ... otherwise no use... :)
Reborn,Rightly and aptly said :-)I think this should be the version 2 of the Budha saying :P
Have you watched "Dil Chahta Hai"...rememebr the Aamir Khan and Akshaye Khanna fight....I thought the way the get back was picturized brilliantly....
Srik, nimma comments na complete aagi oppolla.. Well, let me ask you this Q once you have your wife with me.DS, about the DCH movie, hmm its was a great movie. The reason why those guys fought was very smelly! I hated Akash at that moment.
DS,Yes. Dil Chahta hai!! What an amazing movie it was. I have watched the movie several times on my PC, in hostel, with friends; once with the friend whom I'm talking about. And we both virtually had tears at that re-union scene. Later we moved off the college and we had a lafda over some small issue, and ended up being out of touch, for an year..and finally I decided to call him up and ask whether we could be friends again and he said "We had always been friends; just that deficiency called EGO had crept thru"!! The words were true reflection of a relationship called friendship. His happiness was being shown in the tone of his voice. We sorted everything out on one particular weekend, and from then on..the story continues. I couldnt convince him that he was wrong in that issue, similarly, he couldnt convince me that my stance was wrong..Yes, that scene was brilliantly pictured.Veena,Today morning i was listening to a discource by Ravishankar Guruji. He was answering a question by a foreigner that One just listens to and forgets some words spoken by a stranger, but if the same words are spoken by a loved one(in that case he was referring to the spouse), it annoys him the most; not because, he hates the other person, but because he loves the other the most. May be this is how it started.
Yes, Srik I agree. There are some strong things, it hurts no matter who says it. I am specifically pointing out what Amir Khan speaks about Dimple & Akshey khanna when he reveals he is in love with her .. I don't want to say that again here. Atleast me, I can never take any comment related to somebody's character. You remember how I debated when we were speaking about Rama, Bharatha etc., I liked the post & your comment about untold story!
Veena,It also says that one has a code-of-conduct, no matter where. Each relationship has a certain level of understanding required between each other, and also one needs to be in the lakshman rekha when in such relationship. Sometimes, we ourselves would feel very bad if we think ill of ourselves, right. Thats a lakshman rekha of the relationship with oneself. I think everyone needs to understand it before trying to guage the other's abilities.
Perfect! Take a best convincing blogger award for this take. I would say you are matured more than your age! ;-)
oh Veena, flattered!!!That was an awesome award. Loved it :-)
you quote from budha and have a picture of saraswati????
Pegasus,Saraswati is the Goddess of knowledge. And Budha means knowledge. Moreover, quote from God means any God, need not be confined to one particular faith or a prophet.
